Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully. By agreeing to ship with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Pickup and packing: Pickups are scheduled two days per week. Pickup and packing are done in the order in which they are received. Please allow 3-7 business days for your items to be processed.

Note: Larger freight items that require a custom wooden crate can take up to 10 business days.

Quotes: Quotes are estimates based on information from the gallery website. We can gather enough information off the auction website to be accurate 99% of the time. There is on occasion, due to weight, size, and other factors, that the quote may change. We will always contact you if the price is $10 higher than quoted.

Credit card: For expedited service please fill out the form below. Cards are not charged until the item is ready to ship. Credit card information is held safe and is encrypted.

PayPal: We accept PayPal payments if preferred. Once the items are packed and ready to ship, and upon request, we will send you a PayPal link to complete your payment. Please note that payment by PayPal will incur a 10% transaction fee that will be added to the total.

Liability: All shippers have blanket coverage for liability in the store or while items are picked up. Once we receive and have your item in our possession, it is covered for any accidental breakage in transit from an auction house to the packing point.

Declared value: You may choose a “Declared Value” on your item(s). Please read the “Declared Value” page for full details.
